FRINGE Is Your Friend

Ladies, like it or not FRINGE has made a comeback.  For some reason many of us are cautious when it comes to the fringe.  What comes to mind is western and costume and not necessarily luxury.  Last year around this time I purchased my fringe form fitting cocktail dress which I can't get by wearing without atleast one person calling it my "flapper" dress.
